TURP syndrome prevention and control method[ Abstract ] Objective: to TURP syndrome prevention and control methods are discussed, for future clinical prevention and control to provide a reliable reference. Method: random sampling in 2007 January -2012 year in December in our hospital of transurethral resection of prostate for treatment of patients with clinically in 236 cases, will be divided into control group and observation group, the patients in the observation group in transurethral resection of the external jugular vein indwelling needle for venous pressure monitoring, control group accept the venous pressure monitoring, and comparative analysis of two groups of patients with transurethral resection syndrome cases. Results: after statistics that the patients in the observation group, TURP syndrome incidence is lower than in control group ( P<0.05 ). Conclusion: through reasonable prevention and control means to the transurethral resection syndrome occurs for effective control, improve the therapeutic safety.[ Keywords ] transurethral resection of prostate; transurethral resection syndrome; prevention and control; external jugular venous pressure monitoring

目前在临床上对良性前列腺增生的发生率正呈现逐年升高的趋势，经尿道前列腺电切术为对该病症进行治疗的一种有效且常有手段，然研究表明经尿道前列腺电切术会诱发电切综合征等并发症的发生，因此临床需要展开相应的防控措施，降低并发症的发生[1]。本次研究中出于对经尿道前列腺电切综合征的防控方法进行分析探讨的目的，对我院收治的行经尿道前列腺电切术进行治疗的良性前列腺增生临床患者病例展开了分组治疗，并对比分析了治疗情况。现汇报如下。1 资料与方法1.1 一般资料 研究中资料来源于我院收治的行经尿道前列腺电切术进行治疗的良性前列腺增生临床患者病例，抽取其中的236例作为研究对象，再将其分成对照组和观察组后每组118例。对照组中患者年龄54-79岁，平均（62.3±14.6）岁，病程8个月-12年，平均（4.2±1.1）年；观察组中患者年龄53-78岁，平均（61.7±13.8）岁，病程9个月-13年，平均（4.6±1.1）年。以上统计研究对象的一般资料如患者的年龄以及病程等
